Responsibilities:
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Assign and follow up on daily leads provided by the company.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate (minimum 2–3 years).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
