Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Cairo. The Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks including providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The specialist will interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience improvement
• Strong Phone Etiquette skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
