About the Role:

Harvest British College is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
• Post job ads, screen CVs, and schedule interviews.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in education or training sector).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online recruitment platforms.
