 are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Sales Manager to drive international sales growth for our furniture brand. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence in key regions, building strong relationships with international distributors and clients, and managing the end-to-end export sales process. Your mission will be to effectively promote our furniture products across global markets, adapting to cultural trends and customer needs to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement a strategic export sales plan to achieve company goals and double turnover growth within a set period.
  • Identify and target new international markets, customers, and sales opportunities.

Sales & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international distributors, retailers, and key clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts.

Market Analysis & Adaptation:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand regional trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities in the furniture sector.
  • Adapt sales and marketing strategies to fit cultural and market-specific needs.

Operational Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment, from initial contact through to final delivery.
  • Oversee aspects of logistics and ensure compliance with international trade regulations for furniture export.

Leadership & Reporting:

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in international sales, preferably within the furniture, home decor, or wood products industries.
  • proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, international trade, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of core processes in manufacturing and the specific trends of the international furniture market is highly advantageous.
