We're looking for a strategic and data-obsessed Paid Social Media Specialist to own, innovate, and scale our clients' social advertising efforts.

Role Description

You will be the driving force behind profitable client growth on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and more. You won't just manage campaigns; you'll build strategic funnels that convert scrollers into customers and directly contribute to our clients' bottom lines.

What You’ll Do:

• Orchestrate End-to-End Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms to hit and exceed KPIs (Leads, Sales, App Installs).

• Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze performance data, uncover hidden opportunities, improve ROAS, lower CPA, and establish playbooks for success.

• Collaborate for Impact: Partner with our creative team to brainstorm and brief high-converting ad concepts that stop the scroll and drive action.

• Translate Data into Strategy: Deliver clear, actionable reports and recommendations to clients and internal teams, demonstrating the value of every dollar spent.

You Are a Great Fit If You Have:

• Proven Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.

• Platform Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is essential. Hands-on experience with Snapchat is highly valued, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a huge plus.

• Analytical Mindset: You don't just report numbers—you diagnose them. You have strong analytical skills and live by a data-driven approach to optimization.
