Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Tour Operator based in Cairo, Egypt. The Inbound Tour Operator will be responsible for designing and coordinating guided tours, managing travel reservations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring travel plans meet client expectations. The candidate will maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, contribute to sales efforts, and provide exceptional service to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Guided Tours and Travel & Tourism
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Reservations
• Basic understanding of Sales techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Knowledge of Egypt’s cultural and historical destinations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
