We are seeking a passionate Quality Specialist to play a critical role in enhancing healthcare quality and patient safety by implementing quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, conducting audits, and supporting continuous development to maintain the highest standards of care.

📝 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives

Conduct audits and ensure compliance with quality standards

Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation requirements

Analyze data to drive quality improvement

Prepare for accreditation surveys and maintain accreditation status

✅ 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or Nursing

TQM diploma or CPHQ certification

1–2 years of experience, preferably in a hospital setting with GAHAR or JCI accreditation experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & system-oriented skills

Cairo residence is preferable

Full-time position

8 working hours/day
