Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company standards.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review project designs, drawings, and specifications, and ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, including cost control, resource allocation, and progress updates.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality assurance procedures, and environmental standards on-site.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure project goals are met.
• Lead project meetings and provide technical and managerial guidance to the project team.
• Manage contractual matters, variations, claims, and approvals in coordination with the commercial team.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within infrastructure or electromechanical projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects from design through handover.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and construction practices.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
