Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chat Technical Support Agent (English-No Calls) located in Cairo. The Chat Technical Support Agent will primarily handle customer inquiries through live chat, ensure the resolution of technical issues, and provide troubleshooting support. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer support, addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to resolve queries effectively. The agent will serve as the first point of contact while ensuring a professional and solution-oriented approach at all times.

Qualifications

"English Technical Support Agents B2 level
