Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day responsibilities, including responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining professional phone etiquette, providing exceptional service to enhance the customer experience, and fostering strong customer relationships.
