We are looking for a TikTok Live Talent Recruiter whose main mission is to find, contact, and onboard TikTok Live creators to join iSky Agency.

 You will also support the agency’s TikTok page by posting and managing short content that promotes our services and community.Responsibilities:

Find and reach out to potential TikTok Live creators (new or active).

Explain the benefits of joining iSky Agency and assist with onboarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with creators.

Achieve monthly recruitment and retention goals.

Post and manage engaging videos on the official iSky TikTok account to attract new creators.

Share ideas for content trends and campaigns related to TikTok Live.

Report progress and performance regularly to the management team.

Requirements:

Experience in influencer recruitment, social media marketing, or talent management (preferred).

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Familiarity with TikTok Live and creator community.

Basic TikTok content creation skills.

Fluent in English or Arabic (both preferred).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or remotely.
