Union and Trust Company — a leading medical and health products distribution company based in Saida – Lebanon — is hiring a Professional Sales Representative who never settles for less and always strives for the top.




We are looking for ambitious, goal-driven field representatives who are passionate about achieving results and representing a premium brand in the Lebanese market.




Main Responsibilities



Promote and sell medical, para-medical, and personal care products (such as hairbrushes, razors, sponges, tweezers, and related items).




Visit pharmacies, supermarkets, and medical centers daily to secure and expand business.




Maintain professional product displays according to company standards.




Build strong customer relationships and ensure full satisfaction.




Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth and reputation.




Requirements



Proven experience in field sales — preferably in pharmacies or FMCG / health-care distribution.




Must own a personal car or motorcycle (depending on area).




Strong communication and negotiation skills.




High sense of responsibility, discipline, and ambition.

What We Offer



Fixed salary $600 per month + attractive commission.




Monthly maintenance and fuel allowance.

Working Hours



Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM




Saturday: 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM




Selection Process



1. In-person interview (at the Saida headquarters).


2. Product training (online or at home).


3. Three-day field trial period.


4. Official start and career advancement.


Skills

Proven experience in field sales, especially in pharmacies, supermarkets, or medical centers




Excellent communication and negotiation skills




Strong presentation and customer-service skills




Ability to organize daily routes and follow up with clients




High level of discipline, responsibility, and ambition




Good knowledge of Lebanese market areas




Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets




Professional appearance and positive attitude




Valid driving license and ownership of a personal car or motorcycle
