Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in El Mansoura. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making inbound sales calls, engaging with potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales opportunities. In addition, they will address customer inquiries, provide information, and deliver exceptional support and service to clients. Regular collaboration with the sales team and participation in training sessions to improve performance are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Must be Located In Mansoura.

Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills

At least 6 Month's of experience in Digital Marketing.

Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

Proven Sales skills to identify opportunities and close deals

Experience in participating in or delivering Training sessions is an advantage

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
