What you are going to do:
- Oversee and optimize tutor recruitment and training operations across the US & UK markets
- Build and execute monthly hiring plans aligned with company targets
- Lead and support the recruitment team, ensuring smooth daily operations and clear performance tracking
- Oversee the training process for tutor candidates — ensuring content quality, process consistency, and smooth transitions from training to onboarding
- Work closely with the Teaching Department to maintain high standards and implement process updates
What we expect from you
- Have 3+ years of experience in mass hiring, recruitment operations, or supply management
- Are fluent in English (C1 level or higher)
- Have strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to adapt strategies quickly
- Possess analytical thinking and are confident working with dashboards, reports, and KPIs
Not a Requirement, But an Advantage
- Have experience in the education or edtech sector
- Have L&D or training experience, or familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
