Officer—Administration and Contracts Administration


PRIMARY TASKS:

1. Provides a comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

2. Provides a high level of administrative and clerical support to the unit, department, or function.

3. Undertakes special projects to meet the objectives of the function.

4. Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follows up on issues in a timely

manner.

5. Collect and prepare background documents for various tasks.

6. Follows the university rules and regulations.

7. Provide support for staff within the department on various requirements as requested and

Follow up with concerned departments.

8. Assist in resolving administrative problems.

9. Prepares correspondence, including composing routine letters and memos.

10. Cover the reception in the absence as needed.

11. Maintains extensive files and records for the unit.

12. Receives, sorts, and distributes mail.

13. Undertake other duties as required by the Senior Manager of Administration and Contracts

Administration


SELECTION CRITERIA:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field.

• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
