We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage and publish daily short-form video content for a tele-dermatology brand. You'll receive raw, selfie-style video clips every two weeks and turn them into clean, engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts—then post them consistently across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Edit 14 vertical short-form videos every 2 weeks (CapCut or similar).
• Add captions, jump cuts, emojis, subtitles, and key text overlays.
• Schedule and post 1 video per day on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Organize edited content in shared folders with clear naming.
• Maintain a simple content tracker (what’s been posted, what’s coming).
• Communicate with the client for missing videos or edit requests.
• Occasionally assist with other content-related admin tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience editing short-form content for TikTok/IG/YT.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow clear instructions and meet deadlines consistently.
• Familiar with organizing files in Google Drive or Dropbox.
• Able to work during US hours (at least 3–4 hours overlap daily).
• Fast and reliable internet connection.

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience managing social media accounts or content calendars.
• Interest or familiarity with dermatology, skincare, or wellness.
• Ability to create simple graphic posts or carousels.

Hours & Pay:

• Part-time (15–20 hours/week)
• $4–$6/hour depending on experience
