Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area for a Legal Advisor. The Legal Advisor will provide legal assistance and guidance on various issues including labor, employment law, and other specific regulatory concerns. Daily responsibilities include preparing legal documents, reviewing policies, conducting legal research, providing strategic legal advice, and ensuring the company’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to address legal matters and offering solutions to mitigate risk while supporting the company's objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and expertise in providing Legal Advice
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and handling Legal Issues
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and engage with legal and non-legal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field (essential); a Master’s degree or legal certifications (desirable but not mandatory)
• Prior experience in legal advisory roles, especially in migration or investment-related industries, is a plus
• Fluency in Arabic, English; additional languages would be an advantage
• Salary 350- 450 KWD monthly
