Responsibilities

- Design and implement training plan , PDPs, and succession planning.

- Lead performance management cycles and continuous feedback practices.

- Support employee engagement programs and culture transformation projects.

- Analyze talent metrics and provide strategic insights for improvement.

- Support talent acquisition team in white collars vacancies .


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent management or organizational development.

Strong knowledge of performance management, competency frameworks, and development planning
