About the Job

The Enterprise Acquisition Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the acquisition team to ensure that targets are met efficiently and effectively. This role involves leading, motivating, and developing team members while implementing strategies that drive growth through the successful acquisition of [customers / talent / business opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to the sales team.
  • Set individual and team sales goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Develop strategies to improve sales and customer service performance.
  • Monitor team performance against targets and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for client inquiries and operational issues.


Job Requirements

  • Lead and manage the Enterprise Acquisition team to achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets.
  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies to maximize growth.
  • Coach, train, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Strong leadership abilities, including training, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Advanced negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to new conditions and changes in the workplace.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales expert in Fintech or telecommunications with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
