Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily office operations, handling administrative tasks, maintaining office equipment, and providing exceptional support for internal teams and clients. Additional responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing records, maintaining an organized office environment, and offering excellent customer service to ensure efficient workflow and operational success.
Qualifications
- Skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage schedules, records, and organizational tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with Office Equipment and tools required for daily operations
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software
- Experience in a similar role within an office environment is an added advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
