Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets

in Europe and other regions globally.

• Identify, approach, and build relationships with new customers, distributors, and business partners.

• Manage existing accounts and maintain long-term partnerships to ensure satisfaction and repeat

business.

• Handle the full export sales cycle — from lead generation and pricing to negotiations and after-sales

support.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing structures to maintain competitiveness.

• Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and customer

satisfaction.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.

• Attend international trade fairs and customer visits to strengthen business relations and market

presence.

• Ensure compliance with all export documentation, trade regulations, and Incoterms.

• Contribute to the company’s marketing and promotional efforts in international markets.


Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in export or international sales (preferably in FIBC, packaging, or

textile industries).

• Proven track record of managing and growing international accounts.

• Full proficiency in English and Arabic.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• In-depth understanding of international trade operations, documentation, and payment methods (LC,

CAD, etc.).

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
