Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Operations Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, managing food service staff, and implementing efficient operations management strategies. Other duties include inventory management, ensuring hygiene and quality compliance, and collaborating with the team to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to deliver excellent guest experiences and address client needs effectively.
- Operations Management expertise with a strong focus on efficiency and resource optimization in food and beverage services.
- Knowledge and experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management to ensure high-quality offerings and operational success.
- Proficiency in team leadership and coordination to manage staff effectively and promote a collaborative work environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food, and beverage industries, with a proven ability to handle on-site responsibilities.
