Osool Housing and Development is seeking to hire an IT Support Technician to join our team in

Obour City, capable of managing technical systems and providing professional support to employees to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain computers and internal networks.
• Troubleshoot daily technical issues for users (Software & Hardware).
• Monitor and maintain servers, printers, routers, and switches.
• Install and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, ensuring continuous functionality.
• Manage security systems and backup solutions.
• Install and update software and operating systems.
• Monitor and secure the network against failures and cybersecurity threats.
• Prepare periodic reports on issues and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in IT Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Office, Networks, and Hardware.
• Preferably experienced in server systems (Active Directory – DNS – DHCP).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
