Job Description
- Oversee the complete accounting cycle in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), ensuring the integrity of entries and reports.
- Design and implement an industrial cost accounting system covering raw materials, operations, and waste, linking it to the actual production system.
- Analyze variances between actual and planned costs and provide periodic reports to senior management with corrective recommendations.
- Prepare financial statements and monthly, quarterly, and annual analytical reports, including Financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the accounting and costing team, distribute tasks, and develop competencies in line with performance objectives.
- Participate in the preparation of budgets, monitor their implementation, and analyze gaps.
- Monitor and adjust the accounting inventory in coordination with the warehouse and production management, ensuring accurate inventory valuation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to the development of ERP systems and their integration with operational and accounting processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (A diploma or specialized certificate in Industrial Costing is preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (such as SAP, Odoo, or Oracle).
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective leadership and team development.
- Accuracy and discipline in task execution.
- High communication skills with various departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
