Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October, Egypt. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing the availability and presentation of products to ensure maximum visibility and appeal for customers. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, maintaining inventory levels, analyzing market trends, creating product displays, and building relationships with clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Experience in Sales and Retail, with knowledge of merchandising strategies and customer buying behaviors
• Understanding of Marketing principles to promote products effectively and drive sales
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Organizational skills with a focus on managing inventory and setting up appealing product displays
• Proficiency in teamwork, time management, and working in a high-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
