Job Vacancy: Quality Specialist (Food Industry)

We are looking for a Quality Specialist to ensure that all fresh products (fruits & vegetables) meet GoFresh quality standards from receiving, storage, picking, and delivery to our B2B clients.

The ideal candidate will combine daily quality inspections (QC) with process control and documentation (QA).

• Inspect incoming shipments for freshness, temperature, size, and visual quality.
• Check and document any non-conformities with suppliers.
• Monitor storage conditions (4–8°C) and ensure FIFO/FEFO procedures.
• Follow up on picking/packing quality during order preparation.
• Reject defective or unsafe products immediately.

• Implement and maintain quality procedures and SOPs.
• Prepare checklists and internal audit reports.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Train warehouse and picking teams on quality guidelines.
• Follow up on corrective actions to reduce repeated issues.
• Support traceability and documentation for B2B clients.

• 3 years of experience in Quality (preferably in food/FMCG).
• Strong knowledge of fresh produce quality standards.
• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO and cold chain handling.
