Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Giza for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The individual in this role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop employer branding strategies, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for enhancing candidate experience and maintaining recruitment metrics.



Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a diverse and skilled team.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new employees.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within HR functions.
  • Experience in using ERP systems and other relevant software applications for HR management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand certain requirements and provide appropriate solutions.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in recruitment, and talent development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities and presentation skills in English and Arabic.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in recruitment in road construction
    • HR certification is advantageous.
