We are hiring a leasing consultant to lead our leasing activities and attract top retail brands and franchise partners to our malls. The role focuses on driving occupancy, enhancing customer experience, and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute leasing strategies.

Negotiate and finalize lease agreements and renewals.

Build strong relationships with tenants and franchise owners.

Monitor market trends and identify opportunities.

Ensure smooth tenant onboarding and mall readiness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in commercial leasing, retail development, or mall management.

Strong network with retailers and franchise partners.

Excellent negotiation & communication skills.

Leadership skills are a plus.
