Overall Purpose of the Job: (Project based with future full time possibility)

Plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.

Essential:

• Capture and report project best practices/ lessons learned and Cost-of-Poor Quality cases.
• Define and implement the Project execution strategy, challenging all aspects of the project setup with overall objective to ensure success of project.
• Promotes HSE performance within the project.
• Ensuring projects are properly prioritized and tasks are in line with priorities.
• Making sure project development and implementation are within the timeline and budget.
• Resources planning and efficient usage.
• Coordinate design reviews, kick offs and progress with all stake holders.
• Documentation of every cycle of the project and change management.
• Manage and update all projects risks and mitigations.
• Establish and measure KPIs to monitor and improve project management efficiency and performance
• Build a strong knowledge sharing platform based on projects’ learnings to increase different team’s efficiencies.
• Managing overall quality of the projects
• Ensuring project closure and right handover between different parties
• Reporting to PMO Manager the projects health status and progress
• Issue progress, incident, change management, and cost control reports on time in full.
