• Support the sales team by preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
• Act as the point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on order status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.
• Assist in preparing presentations, sales reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure all sales-related documentation complies with company policies and procedures.

• Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering - Mechanical/Mechatronic.
• 2 to 5 years of experience .
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office especially EXCEL.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to follow up on duties.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Problems solver
