🎯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲:

Support the delivery of the country’s sales budget through effective demand creation and strong relationships with growers, dealers, and retailers.

🔑 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Achieve business targets and review performance against KPIs.

Create and manage demand across the market field visits, retailer engagement, and demo trials.

Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and share market insights.

Support marketing activities, campaigns, and new product launches.

💡 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲:

Proven sales experience in the agricultural field (must be in Upper Egypt)

Strong crop and product knowledge and customer focus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analysis.

-Proficiency in English is a plus

-Experience in Upper Egypt is a must.
