Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Turkish Customer Service - Chat Account role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing outstanding customer support through chat platforms and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Key responsibilities include communicating effectively with customers, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and improving customer experiences through exceptional service and support.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction to address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
Strong understanding of Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills to provide a professional and positive interaction with customers
Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring client needs are successfully met
Fluency in Turkish and a good command of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic workflow
Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
