We are currently seeking an experienced professional for one of our clients, a leading organization in the luxury sector driving financial excellence, strategic growth, and operational efficiency. This entity plays a key role in financial planning, governance, risk management, and long-term business strategy to ensure sustainable competitiveness.

Position: Finance Manager (Arabic speaker)

Location: Kuwait

Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance and accounting function, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with the organization’s business objectives.
• Develop, implement, and oversee financial strategies to drive growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards (IFRS and GAAP).
• Analyze financial statements, reports, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Oversee investments, capital expenditures, and risk management, ensuring operational and financial efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with auditors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Prepare periodic and end-of-year financial reports for management and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant, CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, strategic financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial systems.
• Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and relevant local regulations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
