Role Overview

The Operations Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across our retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and supply chain. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can enforce operational standards (SOPs) to drive consistency, efficiency, and growth  .

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and monitoring of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance, efficiency, and quality across departments.

• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement, stock replenishment, and delivery.

• Conduct quality control checks on incoming inventory, ensuring damaged products are flagged and resolved with suppliers .

• Work closely with the Operations Manager to monitor warehouse processes, order fulfillment, and retail operations.

• Prepare regular reports on inventory, supplier performance, and operational KPIs.

• Identify gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational flow .

• Ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns and product launches in coordination with merchandising and marketing teams  .

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in retail, fashion, or e-commerce operations (GCC experience preferred).

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in inventory management systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP platforms (Odoo/Shopify experience is a plus).

• Bilingual: Arabic & English (written and spoken).
