Position Overview Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter (Remote – Egypt) to join our team. This role is a great fit whether you already have recruiting experience or you’re a recent graduate eager to start your career in talent acquisition. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your ideas are valued and your growth matters. Fluency in English is mandatory, as you’ll be communicating with clients and candidates internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing
- Find and attract strong technical talent through job boards, social platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
Candidate Engagement
- Conduct initial screenings to understand candidates’ skills, experience, and overall fit.
- Create a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand what they’re looking for and how to best support their hiring needs.
- Share insights on candidate pipelines, market trends, and challenges as needed.
Process Management
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from scheduling interviews to collecting feedback and negotiating offers.
- Follow internal processes and ensure recruitment best practices are consistently applied.
Market Research
- Stay informed about industry changes, salary trends, and new technologies to better support clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience: Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus, but not essential.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a bonus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
