Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical or IT-related roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s growing technical needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and project leaders to understand role requirements and team needs.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate feedback between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain an updated talent pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, with exposure to technical hiring highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
