Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Senior Crewing Officer. The Senior Crewing Officer will oversee crew management operations, ensure compliance with policies, and coordinate crew schedules and rotations. Tasks also include facilitating communication between crew members and management, ensuring proper documentation and certifications, and supporting overall ship operations. The position requires leadership, organizational skills, and efficiency in handling team dynamics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Managing Crews and Crewing operations
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of Operations Management and smooth crew scheduling practices
• Familiarity with Ship Management and maritime regulatory standards
• Proficiency in documentation and certification verification processes
• Leadership experience and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
