Job Purpose: -

The role is focusing on achieving the bank’s sales plan related to the personal loan products, credit cards and Auto loan.


Main Responsibilities: -

  • Oversee implementation of the annual sales plan in line with instructions of the direct manager and the sector head, consistent with internal policies and Central Bank regulations.
  • Monitor internal and external activities related to the department.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through optimal application of the sales management system.
  • Negotiate and sign agreements with major companies to attract their employees for credit card issuance.
  • Distribute monthly targets to credit card sales officers and monitor achievement.
  • Resolve issues faced by the sales team as well as escalated customer concerns to ensure smooth operations.
  • Improve credit card approval rates in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Submit periodic reports to the Direct Sales Manager explaining workflow and target achievement status.
  • Ensure full compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
  • Supervise formal performance evaluations for direct reports.
  • Follow up with staff within the area and listen to improvement suggestions that enhance workflow and operational efficiency.

Educational Qualifications:

  • University degree.

Experience:

  • Area Sales Manager: Minimum 6 years of experience Sales minimum 2 years in Leading Teams
  • Sales Team Leader: Minimum of 3 years of exper
