Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review client contracts, ensuring all technical and financial annexes are complete and compliant.
- Verify accuracy of contract details, pricing, and unit specifications in alignment with booking data.
- Update contract documentation to reflect policy changes, modifications, or regulatory updates.
- Coordinate with Legal for contract validation and finalization.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Projects, and other teams to secure all required contract inputs.
- Maintain organized contract records with proper version control and documentation standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience, preferably in contracts administration.
- Strong writing and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
