We’re looking for a Recruitment & Mobilization Specialist to join our team — someone who can manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure smooth mobilization processes for our regional and global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

✅ Managing documentation, visa, and travel coordination

✅ Liaising between clients, candidates, and internal teams

✅ Supporting the implementation of recruitment & mobilization strategies

✅ Maintaining accurate recruitment databases and ensuring compliance

Requirements:

🔹 2–3 years of solid experience in recruitment, mobilization, or a similar HR function

🔹 Strong understanding or hands-on experience in mobilization processes

🔹 Excellent command of English (spoken & written)

🔹 Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills

🔹 Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
