Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Al Asimah, Kuwait. The Telesales Specialist will engage with customers via phone to promote products and services while building and enhancing customer relationships. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves meeting sales targets, maintaining sales records, and staying updated on products and services to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to assist customers effectively and create positive experiences.
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interactions with diverse customers.
  • Proven Sales acumen to achieve and exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Ability and willingness to participate in Training programs for continuous improvement of sales and customer support techniques.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
  • Previous telesales or call center experience is beneficial, but not a requirement.
  • Proficiency in operating customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
