Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Moderator in the live streaming industry. Based in Cairo, Egypt, the Moderator will monitor and review live streaming activities to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and community standards. Daily tasks include addressing inappropriate behavior, resolving disputes, fostering positive user experiences, and providing constructive feedback to streamers. The Moderator will also contribute to improving user engagement and maintaining a safe online environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of live streaming platforms and familiarity with community guidelines enforcement
• Strong communication, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to analyze and respond to situations quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in social media, content moderation, or customer support
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to protect platform integrity
• Teamwork and collaboration skills while working in an on-site setting
• Experience in the live streaming industry and understanding of cultural nuances is a plus
