Job description:

• Review arrival lists to welcome quests.
• Attend to special guests (e.g., VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with
customers.
• Address customer complaints and escalate to the Guest Relations Manager when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and quality
standards.

Job requirements:

• BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is
preferred.
• 1-3 years of previous experience as a Guest Relations Agent in the Boats and Nightlife industry or Fine dining Restaurants is a Must.
• Proven experience in systems such as the FOH system or related field.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards. • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additiona
languages is a plus.
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
• An outgoing personality.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
