This is a full-time on-site role based in Giza for a Call Center Agent. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing support, resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining clear communication with clients. Candidates will be expected to use computer systems effectively to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

  • Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy to manage and navigate customer information efficiently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain professional under pressure
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a call center or related role is a plus
