 Role Description


 

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing support through various communication channels, resolving complaints, maintaining a professional demeanor, and ensuring guest satisfaction by upholding the standards of AnQa Khan.



 Qualifications


 

Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills

Demonstrated ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience

Excellent Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills

Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Previous experience in customer service roles, particularly in hospitality or related fields, is preferred
