We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our advanced diagnostic solutions across Egypt (Leica Biosystems). This role is instrumental in driving business growth and strengthening our presence in the healthcare sector, contributing to improved diagnostic excellence throughout the region.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Drive the strategic expansion of the Leica Biosystems portfolio in Egypt,
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to enhance market presence,
Customer Account Management:
- Act as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters,
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers across all assigned channels,
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives,
Technical Solutions:
- Determine technical solutions that align with product and customer specifications,
Business Development:
- Develop a joint business strategy to convert targeted new business opportunities,
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and reference sites,
- Develop new business with existing customers and identify areas for improvement,
Sales Performance:
- Achieve tender success and establish robust market positioning,
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales initiatives and market analysis,
Training and Communication:
- Deliver product training to end users and support field associates,
- Utilize strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to maintain customer relationships,
Metrics and Reporting:
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts,
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify key opinion leaders/reference sites and grow opportunities within the assigned territory,
Qualifications:
- Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field,
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in diagnostics sales, preferably in histology or pathology,
- Proven leadership capabilities and a strong business development mindset,
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets,
- A driven professional committed to improving patient outcomes.
