BioNixus is expanding across MENA — and we’re looking for a powerhouse who can design, execute, and deliver end-to-end healthcare market research across pharma, medtech, diagnostics, and healthcare and the opportunity to join the EMEA leadership team.

If you love turning data into insights, talking to clients, and owning the full research cycle, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

* Lead and execute research projects (quant + qual) across MENA.

* Conduct HCP interviews, patient insights, and competitive analysis.

* Analyze data, build forecasts, and create client-ready reports and dashboards.

* Present strategic insights directly to senior pharma stakeholders.

* Own projects end-to-end — from proposal to delivery.

What You Bring

* 3–8 years in healthcare/pharma market research.

* Strong analytical, storytelling, and client-facing skills.

* Strong relationship with pharma and medtech companies

* Comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, and advanced research, analysis and visualization tools.

* Thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
