Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Specialist, based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for maintaining quality assurance processes, conducting quality control checks, and performing quality audits to ensure the highest standards are met. Daily tasks include analyzing performance data, ensuring compliance with established guidelines, providing recommendations for improvements, and collaborating with teams to enhance overall operational quality.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Auditing
• Proficient Analytical Skills for evaluating data and identifying areas of improvement
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
• Attention to detail and solid organizational abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration or related field preferred
