What You’ll Do (Duties):

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Use job boards, social media, and networking to find candidates.
• Support mass hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.
• Review CVs, conduct initial calls, and schedule interviews with managers.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team to meet hiring needs.
• Assist with onboarding and collecting new hire documents.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 0–6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Exposure to hiring both office and field roles is a plus.
• Experience in mass recruitment is an advantage.
• Excellent English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Role Details

📍 Location: Street 9, Mokattam, Cairo

🗓️ Working Days: 5 days/week (2 days off)

💰 Compensation: (paid internship)
