Job Description

Job RequirementsExperience using computer and OPERA PMS system and Other Hospitality platforms such as Shomous, Balady, and knowledge about ministry of tourism and Municipality regulations and standards. Good English language level and familiarity with hospitality terminologies.OTA’s booking Platforms experience: Familiar with online travel agencies (OTA’s) platforms (Booking.com, Expedia), booking, inquiries and messages procedures. Phone Call Handling: Answer phone calls promptly. Record external caller details for follow-up. Call-in house guests, solve, follow up and record their comments. Work Schedule Compliance and adherence to scheduled Shifts working hours and company/labor rules.Maintain personal hygiene and a neat appearance.Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and public speaking, with the ability to analyze complex situations, develop effective solutions, and communicate them clearly and confidently to satisfy hotel guests.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet shift deadlines consistently, and maintain attention to detail in fast- paced environments.Extensive experience in handling cash, processing credit card payments, and managing financial transactions with accuracy and integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining secure and transparent records.
